Chillest music ever

Oldtown bowling: It's a little (River Band) slice of heaven!

Those were some tasty slices!! An astounding jukebox, too. Bowling hall of fame.

WHO IS GOING TO MAKE A YACHT ROCK RADIO SHOW!!!!

(or at least a mix tape-- I need it for work on a regular basis)

I'm not talking 'bout moving in,
And I don't want to change your life.
But there's a warm wind blowing,
The stars are out, and I'd really love to see you tonight.

We could go walking through a windy park,
Or take a drive along the beach.
Or stay at home and watch t.v.
You see, it really doesn't matter much to me.

I'm not talking 'bout moving in,
And I don't want to change your life.
But there's a warm wind blowing,
The stars are out, and I'd really love to see you tonight.

I want to sit down with someone and get a more comprehensive list of Yacht Rock - Glib, Duncan, Hubris, Cleveland, Dyedon are all onto something here. What a great idea to isolate all this stuff into its own specific show. I might never wake up though...

Seals and Crofts
Christopher Cross
England Dan and John Foley
Player
America
Little River Band

I have to go listen to some Melt Banana now... Goodbye.

I nominate TFC to put together a playlist.

Jeez, here I was thinking it was "there's a world wind blowing/the stars around."

I'd like to think that Michael McDonald would approve:

How Much I Feel - Ambrosia
Summer Breeze - Seals and Crofts
Sailing - Christopher Cross
Baby Come Back - Player
We'll Never Have To Say Goodbye Again - England Dan & J.F. Coley
She's Gone - Hall & Oates
Reminiscing - Little River Band
Lowdown - Boz Scaggs
Blue Bayou - Linda Ronstadt
Love Will Find A Way - Pablo Cruise
This Is It - Kenny Loggins
