Hell Night - East Coast Grill, 14 Jan 2010

Crazy stuff.
Stand outs tonight were the peel 'n eat shrimp, RI stuffed clams, and actually the wings. Really liked the clams with whole kernels of corn, nice chunks of clam and serrano peppers. Wings were a simple red pepper flake/cayenne hot, but burnin'.

Entree highlight was the Indian Lamb 3 ways, with sausage, Denver ribs and chops. Pork shank was a disappointment and the ribs were enormous but not that tender. My one bite of Pasta from Hell was (again) no fun at all, but my sinuses are clean. I brought the 1/2 Chicken home as we way over ordered.

The gentleman across from us was the only one of the night to eat a whole Pasta from Hell; he got a t-shirt and a hug from George. I would say things were spicier than in October, and I'm glad I brought some Tums...

The theme was "Hardcore Hell", not as much fun as years past ("Cold Night in Hell" and "Tiki Sunburn" come to mind), but the went with great hardcore rap: loads of NWA, Ghetto Boyz, Public Enemy, 2Pac, and Wu.

Nice second burn today. Some good action, especially around 4 pm.
Take home chicken doesn't even seem remotely hot today.
