End Bits: 2009-W38

* Rep. Joe Wilson overstepped the bounds of decorum, but Congressional Democrats should've let him hang himself.

* I still haven't listened to King of Jeans.

* Which show do I go to this fall? Pissed Jeans, Sonic Youth, The Jesus Lizard, or The Pixies. Really, it's down to the Jeans or the Lizard.

* Pumpkin Ale time! I've had Post Road, and am now into Fisherman's Pumpkin Stout by Cape Ann Brewing. The stout is not as good as I remember it. Post Road (Brooklyn Brewery) might be the standard. Smuttynose is next. The _______ Beer Works does a nice version too, I recall.

* So far, two children are a cinch. I recommend it.

"Cinch?"

I know you saw the Jeans already -- what about the Lizard? I can't remember.

Fall '92. Some dude from the radio station took me with him to _______ in Detroit. I don't think I had listened to one song yet.

I saw Chris Herdt at the show, he lived in my dorm. He's going to see TJL in Atlanta.

I've been to at least one show with this guy.

Oh my.

I like Mercy Rule better now than when you introduced me to 'em in 199_.

Me, you, MC and DU:

His Naked Raygun tally is amazing.

Sinch?

I stand by my original spelling.

Where are the Jeans playing?

If you go to J Lizard, I will be sure to buy you a fermented beverage.

Never been to the Orpheum, either.

Actually, I'm completely confused.

No Pissed Jeans here, move along.

Thisis usually where I go to stalk the Jeans's live performances, but I dont (yet) see Boston.

Still mad at myself for snoozing on that last opportunity.
