Election reform?
Here's hoping that Congress will now take election reform seriously with this. Our democracy depends on it...

States need to lead, like Maine, Wisconsin, and Georgia (!) have. Maine & Wisconsion had ~70% turnout, Georgia has uniform electronic voting that leaves a paper trail. Read up on all of this in my first issue of <a href="http://www.prospect.org/web/page.ww?section=root&name=Democracy+at+Risk">The American Prospect</a>.
