Is that really all your A's?
What happened to the frickin' A.G.s?
I know you probably bought that pre1997 but it seems like it deserves some kind of honorable mention.

Maybe I should add some kind of honorable mention section for stuff like that. Good idea.

Speaking of the A.G.s, I ran into Jon Clark in Portsmouth just before Christmas. He works for the Miami Herald now, as their staff reporter in Mexico City. I asked, "How's it going with the rock?" And you know what he said? He said, "Eh, I've kinda given up on the rock."
WHAT??! GIVEN UP ON THE ROCK??! This calls for some kind of super hero intervention. We need a cherry red Fender Stratocaster, stat.

Just to make myself absolutely clear, here is a list of answers I would have rather heard:
"Eh, right now 'the rock' is pretty much limited to playing old Runaways songs in my garage with my next door neighbor, Pablito."
"Eh, I stick with karaoke these days."
"Eh, he really pissed me off after he made The Scorpion King."
You cannot tell a girl who's been your fan since she used to dream about birthday-after-next being old enough to be on Team Sixteen so she could make out with your weirdo bass player that you've given up on the rock!

I read Jon's blog- it's full of pithy little tidbits about being in Mexico.

I was really sad the day Brad Nowell died. Sublime was fun ska-type shit and even better samples. "Robbin' the Hood" was a WRMC staple. He wrote decent songs and music. Who can't hum the guitar solo from "What I Got?"
