Sunday in the Square

A perfectly fine day to hit a couple record stores, have a brew and watch a couple innings.

Mojo Records:

I almost picked up the Rick Wakeman concept album, "THE MYTHS & LEGENDS OF KING ARTHUR AND THE KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE".

Album cover:

Picked up a Glenn Gould recording instead.

Twisted Village:

My first time, liked it a lot. Not the place to fill in the gaps in my collection RE: Midwest noise punk

Kraftwerk "Tour de France" 12". 10D says this is the worst Kraftwerk track (or is that "Trans Europe Expressway"?) ...and yes, I had it on 33 1/3 the first time I dropped the needle

A Material LP. Bill Laswell in the Jazz section? Nutty.

Live Skull "Snuffer". I felt particularly cool when, in response to my question, "Should I get this Live Skull album or the other one (Dusted)?", the clerk respond, "This one."

Magic Hat HIPA on draft at Charlie's. Glad I left after Renteria tied it in the ninth.

I can't wait till your album comes out, tgl.
BTW, I want to be in in the flossing posse photo: tglii in his grey body condom, surrounded by 20 or 30 freaks, on the beautiful shores of Lynn...

a) No chance I said that, Tour de France is a tour de force.

2) It's Trans Europe Express

III) I can't remember what I would have said was the worst track (listening to Autobahn right now, though)

Oh, the track is called "Trans Europe Express", not that it is the worst KRAFTWERK cut.

I knew there was some superlative to go with "Tour de France".
