Spicy grill cookoff: the day after.

Not as bad as I had thought, to be honest. But still.

I have never had a cup of coffee kick me in the ass as hard as this one on my desk. Man.

Were can we find results? For the cook off... I submitted mine this AM. Apps 1. beef skewer 2. stuffed clams (not spicy , but good) 3. chicken sausage X. sparerib (didn't try it) 3 bombs 1.crab samosa 2.grilled sirloin 5 bombs 1. beef tartare 2. shrimp with slaw 8 bombs 1. octails 2. west indies pork 3-way (way too hot, couldn't taste a thing) I liked the habenero infused tequila. I think it made the Sauza Gold palatable.

"Pork 3 ways with Guava Lava" was the hottest thing I've ever put in my mouth. Bar None. Made the Pasta from Hell seem like Frank's Red Hot. The roof of my mouth didn't peel (like mine did once after Chinese Orange sauce), but it might have helped if it did...

I'm remembering that Schlesinger had a similar pork app. at the last Hell Night I attended. Stupid Hot.
