Ridiculous, innit? The no-voters I know said they were doing so as a protest against not being asked for their opinion at any point earlier than now (the Euro changeover, etc. was all done minus a referendum). The problem is that this plays directly into the hands of right-wing extremists who want to distance themselves from a united Europe (most specifically to block further immigration).
