Fancy meeting you here.

CENTRAL PARK (Loiters) - Miriam Leibowitz was spending a contented day in New York City today when she crossed paths with Ned Greene's favorite working black actor, Don Cheadle. Cheadle was friendly and endured Leibowitz's celebrity induced fawnings before spotting an opening and escaping to a more private locale. "I'm so excited, I'm shaking" said Leibowitz, minutes after the encounter. Leibowitz had praised Cheadle on his acting ability. She also mentioned that the pop band C4RT, who's single "Don Cheadle" has gained local noteriety, would be performing in Brooklyn the next week. The real Cheadle said "How nice", purportedly. He implied he would not be in town the next weekend. After the encounter Leibowitz phoned a handfull of friends. Leibowitz was planning on returning to Boston on the eight o'clock Fung-Wah, however, who knows what else might occur on this eventful day in the Big Apple?

FWBA: Does this imply that Dawnbixtler et. al have a lot of favorite unemployed black actors? If so, who? How Do you know them? Just curious.... BTW, while we're on the subject of film, no matter how much you like Kevin Smith and his ilk avoid 'Jersey Girl' like the plague. awful trite dreck. Just my .02 _______________________________

Is Richard Roundtree still working? Lena Horne? Sidney Poitier? Eartha Kitt? Quincy Jones?

We'll totally have to ask about his favorite deadbeat black actor or something.

Easy... Bobby Brown.

I'll take Sydney Poiter as a non-working actor. Bill Cosby would also fit. But I think Eddie Murphy wins the title. I liked Lena Horn, but Eartha Kitt was never a favorite, and I only remember her doing guests appearances on Sit-Coms during the 80's. Dionne Warwick is in the impossibly well acted Star Wars Holiday Special, and she might win the female designation. The reason I said FWBA for Cheadle, was to point out I liked him better than Denzel and Morgan Freeman, Hollywood's favorites. Jamie Fox was awesome in Ray, but he needs two or three more solid roles. I also have a signed photo of Cheadle on my kitchen wall, but that was a recent addition.

Ohhh! I misunderstood "working" I thought you meant actors that had never ever had work.... My bad... _______________________________

Eartha Kitt continues to work, and she was fabulous as Madame Zeroni in "Holes." She currently has three films in production. Just sayin'.

Not to worry. He seemed genuinely flattered, smiled and said, "that's great!" When I mentioned the song. Also, I never actually mentioned the name of your band.

That site is insane! The angry people writing in are very serious about being offended. The testimonials are definitely my faves.
