Someone actually said that: "If there are terrorists in libraries studying how to fly planes, how to put together biological weapons, how to put together chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, ... we have to have an avenue through the federal court system so that we can stop the attack before it occurs," said Rep. Just a thought: I wonder if Rep. Feeney is one of those people griping about "activist judges". The judiciary is capable of stopping a terrorist attack, but is blind when trying to interpret the Constitution?

Surprised? Rep. Feeney doesn't trust a federal judge to arrive at a reasonable punishment.
