What are good/decent beaches within 45 minutes of Cambridge?

I love it there, but it might be too close. We're having a work retreat next week and want to be somewhere inconvenient to ditch the beach for the office.
You KNOW I love Nahant. Was at Revere Beach Sunday morning for a few hours before the church crowd showed up.

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned [url=http://boston.citysearch.com/profile/11352248/manchester_by_the_sea_ma/singing_beach.html]Singing Beach[/url] at Manchester-by-the-Sea yet... it was always my favorite in the Boston area. You can get there by train or car - woohoo!
