The House passes that bill every year. According to the Flag Code, it's improper to wear the flag, or a likeness of it. Abby Hoffman was arrested for this (Gen. Richard Myers on Mem. Day): If this amendment becomes law, does that mean they'd arrest the Joint Cheif?

True, they also would have had to arrest two thirds of the people at Fenway Park last week... The Amendment is a joke.
