From the horses mouth, it's an homage to Pavement's "Get a Hair Cut."
It also includes unauthorized pictures of Johnny. No lawsuit looming. (Too Bad?)

Excellent, I see it. Is G4JD just an Instruction alter-ego? BTW, doesn't one of the dudes look like the bassist from the DPs?
