Putnam scandal and my family

A relative of mine was the whistleblower in the Putnam scandal.
.
He was headed back home to his family from an AA meeting, and got hit in the head with a brick. He was left hanging out of his car, unconsious (left for dead?). He suffered neurological damage.
.
He then spent the next 3-4 years testifying for the state, making sure the loopholes were closed, going to Washington.
.
Now he's suing the state for restitution under the whistleblower's law.
.
I'm not sure how I feel about all of this.

Market timing is a huge issue in the mutual fund world. I think trading should be fair and equal for all investors big and small.

I wish yr relative the best.

I'm all about whistle-blowers. Sucks that he was conched in the head. Holy crap!

I'd rather be conched then conked.

Actually, they're both pretty bad.
