I like the US bombed the capitals of countries that were withdrawing support for Iraq (ie. Madrid and London) conspiracy theory better.
The full Patriot act still didn't go through though...

There is a difference between the House (passed) and Senate (not passed) versions, right? I couldn't tell you what those differences are.
