I think I have a problem

I'm having trouble doing any work. I've been at my desk most of the day, but can't seem to keep my browser away from RSN or JDate. It's driving me crazy that I can't concentrate on typing something for the job that pays me or cleaning off my soon-to-be-someone-else's desk.

I have that problem all the time. Well, except for the JDate part (contrary to conventional wisdom, I am not planning to convert, and I can't seem to overcome my childhood indoctrination into the untold evils of Jewish exogamy).
