Neither, tgl, just logical.
The man is the only "working" MD in the Senate, and he would be harrassed from hospitals if he voted "nay." I'm no Frist fan, especially after his Terry Schiavo diagnosis, but this one seemed based on science, and I applaud him.
Still pulling for Biden in '08...
