I saw one episode where he was experincing quite a lot of "kickback" while using a table saw in that inimitable 'Red Green technique' (tm)

My handiman mentioned that he'd heard from the property manager that my dad was a lawyer and took 2 hours to read the lease before I signed it. I corrected him by pointing out that I read if for an hour first, then my dad read it for the second hour.
I'm hoping that means they fix more stuff.
He's already promised to come by next time it rains to patch the leaking carport. Maybe that will solve the lake by the back door problem.
