So, if you serve the soup in a demitasse and have espresso in a demitasse, is there a possibility for confusion of which itty-bitty cup you might pick up? I guess he doesn't want to overpower the mini nature of the dish, but I think it would be funny to dip a coffee-flavored dessert cookie into your donut soup. Might be more interesting than having a cup of coffee on the side.
