ALDS, G1

First, a question: How do you distinguish the 2005 ALDS Red Sox-White Sox versus the 2005 ALDS Angels-Yankees? Or is that how you distinguish?

Red Sox take this game tomorrow and drop the one on Wednesday. If only because they've seen Contreras once, Buehrle nonce.

I'll go out on the limb here and say that the 2005 Red Sox have seen Buehrle a bunch of times over the past few years even if they haven't seen him this year- they'll be fine. They made mincemeat of Garland, the supposed ace, earlier this year.

has all these weird rules like Wild Card and Interleague. Seeing as how its 12-2 in the 8th right now, I suggest the <a href="http://golf.about.com/cs/historyofgolf/a/hist_mulligan.htm">Mulligan</a> for baseball...

Since 1917, the best the White Sox have accomplished in a postseason series is to win the first game.

While not reassuring, these guys should be fine. They shook off the lost to Toronto last week (granted, not CHISOX caliber) and also the loss on Saturday (granted, MFY did not bring their 'A' game), these guys know how to bounce back.

I could be completely wrong and 10D won't be needing his broom for Game 4 for a different set of reasons.
