What IS that on the sleeve of my bathrobe?!

Yesterday morning I noticed that my tub wasn't draining well. I dilligently plunged, but only got some kind of black spew bubbling up from the drain for my efforts. No big deal, I picked up some liquid plumber at Target on my way home, before my 6:30 meeting at work. When I got there, my apartment was a shambles. My bathrobe was draped over the guestroom dresser; the plunger and garbage can were in the hall, the hand towels were on the couch, and there was grime all over the bathroom. I looked at the sink and noticed that the leaky faucet had been replaced by a new one. Whoopee! So, I tested it. As I did, I heard water...pouring out from under the sink and into the cabinet below. I quickly salvaged the tampons and other goodies from the cabinet, got a towel and mopped up the flood. No one had reconnected the pipe to the wall. Genius. It was as I was mopping up the under-sink flood that I realized the bathroom floor was wet, and that the tub had drained. I checked the tub and it seemed to drain better than ever! Oddly, the bathroom floor wasn't wet from that, it was wet from the dripping connection behind the toilet. Turns out the toilet had been removed in order to snake the tub, which I hadn't called in a repair for yet. But, the connection was bad when it was reattached and the plumber didn't seem to notice. What I noticed was the shit-like stain on the outside of the toilet. Um, gross. Also noticed later in the evening (when I got home from my meeting after 9pm), that there was an unidentifiable substance on the sleeve of my bathrobe of a brown, mud/shit-like nature. It had spots of yellow in it, but didn't smell. I was ground in, but I Zouted it out. Needless to say, I called the property manager twice last night to complain and asked that the bathroom be fixed first thing in the morning. This morning after my shower, and kitchen sink tooth brushing, I lifted the shade on the kitchen door, and Wyatt, the handyman had just stepped up. Scared the crap out of me, but he was kind enough to recognize the horrorshow that was left of bathroom by the plumber yesterday. So, all should be well for BeckyBunny's visit tonight!
