Sick again

For the nth time, I'm sick after travelling. I've doped myself up on Zicam nose spray for sinuses, but at this point my ears are so stopped up that I can barely hear. The question becomes, do I call my doc for the third sinus infection since I've been here? Or do I suffer on my own (besides sharing with all of you) and try the over-the-counter remedy plus tons of soup and tea?

Either way, I'm going home in a few minutes to try and nap. Sleep didn't happen much last night. Ugh.

I've used Mucinex (guaifenesin) tablets to combat sinus problems, and it's sort of worked. Sudafed non-drying sinus isn't bad, either. I went to a specialist a little while ago, and she gave me some Rhinocort, and told me to get one of those salt water nasal washes, which in tandem worked pretty well (as long as you spray at a 90 degree angle, and not straight up your nose - the Rhinocort instructions are wrong!). the guaif. stuff has helped me out in more than one or two sick scenarios...

Thanks! The Zicam totally works the claim of 10-12 hours, which has been helping me sleep.

Meant to go home at 1pm yesterday, stayed until 4.

Have a long day today. Hopefully I won't get anyone sick at the bris I'm going to at 11:30. Definitely won't get close to the baby or parents.
