I've come to the realization that although Boston drivers are more aggressive, Nashville drivers are bigger idiots. I almost got hit TWICE this morning within 20 minutes...crossing the exact same intersection. The first incident was when a lady was about to make a right turn on red while I was crossing the street head-on. I honked at her then turned left into the post office; she pulled in behind me, then decided to go through the drive-through drop-off. When I left the post office, I was at the light to cross the same intersection. The light turned green. I waited a few seconds to make sure the lady across the way didn't turn left in front of me. I started to pull across the intersection when a big black SUV with a woman driving while talking on her cell phone speeds through from the right! She blew through a red light and missed my front end by inches. I, of course, honked as long and loudly as Ovlov could muster, shouted a little, then drove to work. Give me Massholes who pay attention to everyone else around them before these dolts any day!
