Good news that Iraq is doing so well that 6,000 troops can come home. That'd leave 132,000 behind. This has nothing to do with Bush's poll numbers.
Anyone notice that the threat advisory hasn't been fluctuating as much as it used to? Terrorists must plan more in election years.
