John and Kimmee dropped me off at Watt's place. He took me to his favorite sandwich shop, then drove me around San Pedro a little bit, showing me where the Minutemen used to practice, where D. Boon used to live, all that cool shit. Then we had some coffee and talked about the record for like three hours- he's this amazingly smart, well-read, funny, intense guy. Amazing.
