Boston fans of music for fat girls, Belle and Sebastian are playing Avalon on 2/27 with The New Pornographers. I was a little late getting into the Pornographers, but they're fantastic. I'm sure they'll steal the show. (The entire New Pornographers catalog is on sale for $10 a pop at Newbury Comics, BTW... start with "Mass Romantic" but you really can't go wrong with any of their three).
