Haven't got my airmail package from the UK for this month yet, but I see that <a href="http://www.thewire.co.uk/current/story4.php">Wire</a> has a feature on BATTLES as well as a tribute to the late Derek Bailey.
Time to start running to the mailbox every day...
the BATTLES article, albeit brief, is a good background of the band.
The Derek Bailey tribute (so far) is a moving tribute to the man.
