I'll concede with the Right on this point.

It seems in some respects, lawyers really are intent on letting the terrorists win. Do I need to use "incompetent" when I refer to members of the Bush administration, or those that serve at it's behest, or is that just redundant? Maybe the hacks from Justice can get a job doing pro bono work for the ACLU when this is over with.

Opps, didn't mean to besmirch those highminded types at Justice. This lady works for the TSA.

It seems to be a bit like the illegal wiretapping; it hurts the chances of prosecuting real terrorists. What's startling is just how plain and obvious it was. I don't think any of us want hacks at the ACLU.
