The only think I don't like about it is that it replaced The Boondocks in the paper, which, is totally unrelated. This comic makes me laugh out loud more often than all the other comics combined. And today's is one of those.

I can't imagine laughing out loud at this comic. I was entertained, but I didn't even crack a smile. That's not to say it's not funny; it is. There is just a huge gap between the feeling this (or any) comic evokes and laughing out loud. I don't think I've ever laughed out loud at a comic. On second thought, I think I did see one in the Economist once that did it for me. Just one.

That's the conventional wisdom. Ain't anybody that could pass a confirmation hearing who would also be willing to approve the power grabs this administration desires. Even Ashcroft was unwilling to sign off on some things
