Conan O'Brien Alert

If you have a video capture device of some sort, May would be a good month to use it:

May 12th: <a href="http://wilcoworld.net/news/index.php">Wilco</a>

Conan is live from Chicago the whole week...

May 26th: <a href="http://www.cv.org/2006/04/24/peeping-tom-on-conan-obrien/">Mike Patton / Peeping Tom</a>

The last live Patton TV appearance on late night that I remember was 'Midlife Crisis' on Leno in 1992...

a more complete FNM TV appearance list<a href="http://www.fnm.com/tv/index.html"> here</a>

aside from a bunch of MTV, Europe, a conan o brien, and a 1995 Jon Stewart appearances, not a lot of mainstream coverage

A classmate at school yesterday had the "Faith, No More tours on Angel Dust" T-shirt with that beautiful picture of the egret on the front. It looked a little too colorful to be original, but then do they really re-print 1992 tees for bands on Slash records?

Went to a Christmas party last year where there was a James Audobon coffee table book that collected his watercolor works. I quickly remembered a 1993 Boston MFA watercolor exhibit I went to where I bought the postcard below - the Egret is a beautiful bird. I think one day Id liked to have a big ass framed print of this:

Ate at East Ocean City downtown, chinatown, for lunch today. I think we got one of those fried.

Always eat the head.

Really: pan fried jumbo shrimp with spiced salt (head and shell)
