Mega-changes at Newbury and Mass. Ave.

So luxury condos are the reason for all that construction at 360 Newbury St. (the Virgin Megastore building) I had no idea that Frank Gehry did the exterior. Virgin is moving out, which is too bad (at what other store could I have bought the Mystery Jets album?). That's always been a great corner for music, and it's nice that it's so close to my job. I wonder what "upscale retailer" will take the bait? And where will the Megastore reemerge?
