The shipment of Kendal mint cake arrived safely this afternoon. We can now go off into the wilderness knowing our expedition is as well equipped as the 1953-58 Nottingham University Southeast Iceland (Vatnajokull Icecap) Expeditions, the 1957 Cambridge Botanical Expedition to Ethiopia, and the 1963 British Girls' Expedition to the Faeroes.
