W8: Tasters 11, Sliders 2

After starting Sunday 7-6, I'm a bit astonished to see that the Tasters pulled a rabbit out of a hat and had another top of the league week (11-2-1). Tasters even gained a game over the second place Kolllets (now 3 back). Losing categories: * SB, the Slider's Carl Crawford had 8 (!) last week. * SV BPW did takes it toll, I think I missed roster changes on Monday and Tuesday that might cost me in the pitching dept. this week.

Right on! Expletive Greys were 6-4-0 last week. Having trouble with AVG and runs right now. 7-2-1 so far this week -- two saves tonight.

The Vacation Photos of the Adirondack Chairs are middling. Fell below .500 for the first time in a while. Management has decided to stop talking about having no starting pitchers and do something about it. So we've cut Cliff Lee and Noah Lowry. For now, we're hanging on to John Lackey to make sure we still get the minimum innings pitched, but we're prepared to dump him if we have enough. The league has no idea what to do with the Tasters, who continue to make a mockery out of the rest of us.
