3th Of July (Safer In The Shade)
Thirth of July is almost upon us. To celebrate, here's what I'm thinkin' for that night, a Monday:
Escalation.
Starting with some beer low in alcohol content, we'll keep progressing (if you can call it progress) to strong stuff for the fourth one. This will either go down at a bar or right here at H3W9.1, whichever.
The next day, of course, is the Fourth.

I don't know if it IS, in fact, cancelled, I just wanted to make sure I didn't pull an Honor.
Or "Pulling a GLib," which is defined as:
Polishing off the "Welcome to the neighborhood" bottle of vodka on the H3W front stoop while waiting for them to arrive. Stumble home and find out that they're actually moving in the next day.

We're rolling tonight. No progression, because I can't afford it, but a special guest appearance by the lady, and the usual hilarity. C'mon by.

This year I'm headed to Nashville's Thirth bash. Can't believe it's true, but it looks like they've been doing it as long as we have! Apparently it was voted best party in Nashville last year. I'll give a full report.

Well, I left before the burlesque act, but caught three bands (including a great bluegrass band), had a few delicious beers, made several new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Hope y'all had a great Thirth, and a wonderful Fourth!
