Pats were pathetic yesterday.
I called up BQ at the beginning of the 2nd quarter. He seemed nonplussed, "It's only the pre-season!"

Thought on the preseason. After two games for everybody minus the Chiefs and Rams who've only played one game each (they play tonight) and the Broncos and Redskins who've played 3 games each, here are the records for all teams:
2-0: Bears, Titans and Panthers
1-1: Bills, Dolphins, Patriots, Jets, Baltimore, Bengals, Browns, Steelers, Texans, Colts, Jaguars, Raiders, Chargers, Cowboys, Giants, Eagles, Lions, Packers, Vikings, Falcons, Saints, Buccaneers, and Seahawks
0-2: Cardinals and 49ers
We know the Titans are generally competitive year in year out, and the Panthers made it to the Super Bowl last year, but the Bears are supposed to be plum awful so those 2 wins are probably a fluke. I think the only thing we could possibly glean from this is that the NFL has parity.
