The DPs did play the night of the Garrison CD release party that I got arrested, and then they took the keg down the street to their house to continue the party after we got bailed out of jail.

I, along with a few other choice individuals, sat in the Po-Po's lobby and ate Famous Amos cookies waiting for yr release.

funny how most people at the party just 'bailed' without helping to bail out the party's hostesses. oh well.

I had just moved to Boston that month.
The people I were hanging out with (Mass Art kids) wanted to go to DP's, so I went along. No offense G.

I was supposed to dj that night and had taken my equipment out of the car. I remember standing on the other side of Washington St., thinking this shit is too loud, this party's getting shut down and I put my equipment back in my car and shrinked across the street when the cops came... I think I made it to the next place but I didn't know anybody. If I knew G was going to be so famous, I would have been standing in front of Malbert, screaming, "Fuck the Police!"
