I went to <a href="http://static.flickr.com/128/320782944_95ccd89488_o.jpg">rocketboom.com/vlog/</a>, right clicked on mp4, hit "save as", saved .mp4 to desktop.

Then - I opened Itunes - selected file - transfer file and sent the mp4 to my library. Once in my Itunes Library, I synced it to the video ipod.

I am now watching the BTO video on my video ipod. Bitchin.
