I went to rocketboom.com/vlog/, right clicked on mp4, hit "save as", saved .mp4 to desktop.
Then - I opened Itunes - selected file - transfer file and sent the mp4 to my library. Once in my Itunes Library, I synced it to the video ipod.
I am now watching the BTO video on my video ipod. Bitchin.
