Patriots looked real good Saturday night. Manchester United (Rooney And Ronaldo kissed and made up) and Chelsea came flying out of the box this weekend. Reading won their first Premiership game. There's still some player transfers going on...in the words of Johhny Cash, "I'm movin' on".

Unless there's some 8 game win streak in the next couple of weeks, I'm about to spend most of my time rooting for the Reds. But until then, there's always the wild card...

There's still four more against the Yankees. We'll see.

Does Myers have Ortiz's number right now? I don't think Ortiz has a hit (or walk) off of Myers this series.

Not since that first-AB homer.
Wells was awesome today.

I'm going for the Mets, not because they are crushing, but instead because:
They have a lot of players I like, notable Jose Reyes and The Carloses.
They are the second best team to root for if your purpose is to be Anti-Yankees, which mine is.
The Mets have Steve Somers who's show I've grown to love for all my drives around The City to the Mid-Atlantic.
Charles Grodin is a rabid Mets fan.

Contrary:
-That ball bounced off of Lopez -- 'Tek woulda had it.
-Glavine is likely out for the season.
