I'd go B+.
The ordering is poor; I definitely wouldn't start out with the Hezbolah Boy Scouts. And sometimes it really does just seem like drinking buddies in wierd places. But some of it is absolutely priceless. Gun shopping in Afghanistan comes to mind - great scene.
