I remember gobots were around before transformers - I dont know if they were resurrected - I suspect not.
I didnt know cracked went away though.
I would only buy cracked as a kid if things got really tight (i.e. the newstand was out of or already had the most current issue of MAD, it was parodying a particular film I liked, rtc.)
