Borat: A Critical Discourse

Not as funny pound-for-pound as 'Jackass: Number Two', but the big laughs were sustained for longer. A treat to see a film on opening weekend with the peeps.

While I thoroughly enjoyed the paralyzing laughter and tears generated by the "fight scene", I'll agree with The Wife that the film's best moments were those that produced the uncomfortably numb silence in the sold out movie theatre. Notably: racist/homophobic cowboy and RV full of misogynistic frat boys. The latter being a highlight since the movie theater seemed to be packed with 'em. High percentage of kippahs in the house.
