Gene Wilder film?

On first reaction (knee-jerk variety)

I would say Bonnie and Clyde

but theres also Young Frankenstein, Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, any of the R.Pryor buddy films... lots of good stuff to choose from.

I love Gene Wilder, but most of my movie memories of him have been besmirched by Madeline Kahn.

Ooooh, I hate her, in the same irrational and helpless way I hate Kate Bush.

I know I should like them, but... GAH!
It's that damned squeaking.

Blazzing Saddles = 1974, and Richard Pryor is not in it.

at least he got writing credit.

I think some of the producing (money) powers that be at the time found "psychological discomfort' (to plagarize Public Enemy) in giving a lot of creative and starring control to Pryor.

Whenever I have seen Brooks in interviews about B Saddles, its never too long before he starts talkin Pryor.

I like Kate Bush.

But I also had a thing for Enya for a while.

Find me on github.
