I was working at Newbury Comics the day after The Day Kurt Died. We told everyone that the other two guys had announced the band was pressing on. New singer: David Lee Roth.

Best part of that job was lying to customers. We also told the wanna-be toughguys waiting in line for Pantera tickets that the service charge was not refundable if the concert got cancelled... I guess Phil Alselmo's in the hospital. What, you guys didn't hear??? Apparently, they got jumped at a festival show by the guys in Blur. Dimebag Darrell is okay now, though!
