"Notes On A Scandal"
Great acting by both Judy Dench and Cate Blanchett. The story moved along at a good clip but left ample room for nice, subtle visual touches.
As far as the plot goes, the question of Blanchett's character's happiness wasn't dealt with in any real depth, and the catalyst for the ending wasn't at all in character.
