I would go with the kind of food that people think is 'healthy' but is actually made with 10 sticks of butter. Like the Phyllo-wrapped asparagus w/wasabi-mayonaise and roasted pepper aioli dips.

would I be an asshole if I said 'Yummy'?

No, a vegetarian.

So what do you call meat lovers that also like well prepared vegetarian meals too? Omnivores? Hypocrites? Assholes? Herectics?

They've requested:

Curry-ginger cream of carrot
Phyllo-wrapped asparagus w/wasabi-mayonaise and roasted pepper aioli dips
Stuffed grape leaves w/tzatziki
Pull-apart bread (garlic and parmesan)
Chocolate-cherry ice cream sandwiches
and Brown rice crusted goat cheese tart (which I told her about later last night)

Should be fun!

After showing the menu options to several coworkers, three of them asked how much I would charge to make them this stuff! Might be a chef yet.

Yeah, they didn't go for any low-fat options. Or even partial fat. There is a lot of cream involved in this menu.
