We gutted houses. It was pretty intense. My souvenirs included a hat, a t-shirt, and asthma.

I just have to get a dustmask before I start vaccuuming my house. Or keep my emergency inhaler handy! The advair has really been helping. Still feeling tight in the chest and a little ticklish in the lungs, but not coughing constantly anymore. Whew! Hoping it will go back into remission soon, like it had been for the past 14 years.
