Okajima threw his arm off. I swear, when you look at replays of him, not only was he shaking, but during the last half of his pitching motion he wasn't even looking at the plate, just closing his eyes and throwing his splitter as hard as he could. Jury is still out on the green jerseys for 4/20. Good thing I dropped Coco from my fantasy team.

AL Central is looking fairly competitive. I wouldn't mind seeing the Orioles and the Jays (those dirty birds!) duking it out for first in the AL East this year.

Seriously though folks, at what point do I start calling myself a Devil Rays fan? I mean there's not a lot of history there, and the Marlins seem to be FLA's MLB team, but I find myslef totally pulling for Tampa to take 2nd.

I'm with you. The D-Rays are like the lower budget version of Oakland. They have _no_money_ and yet they put decent teams on the field with kids who play the game right. Who loves Lugo?

I can handle 7.5 games for the rest of the season, anyone else? Double digits would be great, but, not necessary. Over on Joy of Sox (http://joyofsox.blogspot.com/), I predicted the BOSOX final tally at 100-62. There are 60 games left, they are currently 62-40, at the current pace they'll make 98-64. MFY are on pace for 87-75, albeit, they are playing much better now than at the start of season. So... I don't know what my point is.
