I expect at least some metal!

Metal does seem to nicely fall into at least the 'troublemaker' category. If it's really fun and awesome, there are usually a couple of broken rules as well.
There definitely isnt enough Sunn 0))), ISIS, Pelican, Big Business, Jesu, etc on the air - that will have to be fixed.

Maybe I should host a doom metal show called 'Tommy is pretty much right about stuff' :)

In all seriousness, if you were to play _some_ UNGH! I would be so happy. As would your listeners.

All David Bowie, all the time?

sirius has done this with:
Sinatra
Who
Rolling Stones
Elvis
I dont see why there shouldn't be, say, a 24/7 Bowie, Ween, Zappa channel.
Its as easy as having it all on a hard drive and hitting shuffle (although the satellite channels I like are the ones where actual humans are making the playlists and came on every 4/5/6 songs or so to tell you a bit about the music.
If its just on shuffle, I can just put on headphones to the mp3 player

ah, but you would provide commentary. Like an immersion channel.

For the next 2 or 3 months, you can tune into 'End Of Radio' on WMUA 91.1fm in the Valley of Western Mass, or, go to wmua.org for streaming instructions (keep your golden showers jokes to yourselves). The streaming is awkward and through real player only. As always, my employers block all real player streams. Fuck.

I am now offically listed on the website - Saturdays 7:00-9pm.
Real Player will stream it. (Click on the Headphones on the main wmua.org page, and on the "Valley Advocate WMUA page" there is a 'listen live' link) I'm not a big fan of RP - but that is neither here nor there.
What's more is that they set me up with my own wmua.org e-mail: (Hit me up with requests, death threats, faxed lunch orders, etc.)
