Welcome - I wondered the same thing, Drugs.
I have a propensity to make way too many posts and sometimes I want to edit them due to self stupidity, duplication, or thinking of a better way to put things.
While there is some limited editing capacity here, if someone replies to your post of a thread, you will later be denied.

Choose Create content on the left hand side, then Blog entry, and you'll be able to categorize your post any way you'd like.

After that, as long as you keep in mind the golden RSN rule "Reply to the comment you are replying to." (see the 'about' link at the top next to 'search') you are pretty much golden.

I had a bug in my arugula. It was a very hungry caterpillar. When I found it, it was happily napping on the side of the pot. I tossed it into the driveway, but didn't kill it. Should've harvested leaves last night. Guess I'm having salad for lunch tomorrow!
