I've noticed that since I left Boston, Sox have gone 9-1 (10-1, assuming nothing freaky happens in the bottom of the 9th tonight). Is it Nomar, or is it me? I think it's me. I can take a hint.

I was thinking OPS was OBP. Now that I know it's On-Base Percentage plus Slugging Percentage I'm even happier.

OPS is a pretty cools stat, as is WHIP (walks and hits per innings pitched.)
